Payments are to be submitted on the 1st of the month, by either cheque or money order, payable to The Learning Enrichment Foundation. Fees are paid for 52 weeks per year. Since Child Care costs are consistent all year and the level of fees is based on 52 weeks, we require parents to pay for their space in the Childcare even when their child/ren is/are sick, on vacation, and for statutory holidays. An income tax receipt will be issued annually.

A penalty charge of $14.00 will apply for returned cheques (N.S.F.) as well as a 5% late fee penalty for any outstanding balances. Continuous non-payment, late payment and/or returned cheques may result in the withdrawal of your child.

As a charity, we count on your prompt cooperation in payment of fees in order to meet our monthly financial commitments. If a parent wishes to discuss alternative means of payment, arrangements can be discussed with the Supervisor.
