Welcome to the Kindergarten/FDK Program.
The following is what you will need to bring with you on your child’s first day in the Centre:
- A set of extra indoor clothing in case of accidents
- Appropriate outdoor clothing depending on the weather
- Clothes that you do not mind getting dirty
In our Kindergarten/FDK program, we support the unique and individual needs of each child, and strongly emphasize an inclusive learning environment for all children and their families within our programs. We encourage independence and still maintain a nurturing environment. We consistently observe how children engage in social interactions, and how they make meaning through play-based learning and with the world around them. We strive to make learning more visible, sharing our learning with others, with the children, their families, and our colleagues.
